The Rev. Mr. Caiey ia the son of Mr. and Mrs. Morris Casey of 413 Howard St., Boone. He has been pastor of the Wert bury Ad vent Christian Church of Red Creek, N. Y. for the past 2% years. He and hia family will be station ed in India five years before re turning to the states for a year'* furlough. Their first duties will be inten aive language itudy for two years, plus learning the new customs and culture of the Indian people. Mrs. Casey, who is a nurse, will work largely In the dispensary and Rev. Mr. Casey will conduct evangelistic teaching and preach ing among the villages and will work as an advisor to the Indian National Church toward the goal, of a strong indigenous church. The family will live in ? two story, thick, mud-walled home with *ome modern conveniences such as running water, electricity and refrigeration. The tempera ture of the air ranges from 90 to ISO degrees most of the time. The children will be educated by their parents through a corres pondence course until they enter the fifth grade.
