The first of these passages, “The Creation Story,” is fundamental. It is taken from the account of the 1 Book of Genesis, which means lit , erally the book of beginning. The name may be taken to mean the . 1 “beginning” of the world and also the beginning of the recorded Word of God, the Bible. There are three great thoughts in the first chapter of Genesis, which , we would do well to ponder.
