Mrs. Thomas Cowand and daughter Gail accompanied Mr. and Mrs. W. G. Mizell and Mrs. Eugene Mizell of Colerain to Norfolk Tuesday and spent the day. Charlie Bill Phelps, Mrs. Doreen Warren and boys, Keith and Dan, and Mrs. Ruth Warren spent Wednesday at Cherry Hospital, Goldsboro, with E. B. Warren, who has been a patient there for a week. Miss Marilyn Kay Barfield has enrolled at East Carolina University, Greenville, for the fall term. Mrs. Bernard Williford and Mrs. E. J. Pruden, Sr., spent Wednesday in Norfolk, Va., with Mrs. Jimmie Smith’ and beys. Joe Smith returned home with them and spent several days with his grand parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ber nard Williford.
