The Lady Aces were de feated by a score of 32-21. The J.V.'s were also defeated but only by a margin of five. These two games were hamd^ij fought by the Aces and wetea.. show of their gallant play an a. j losing effort. uaiiim But the game that was rtiotei1 significant was the Varsity^ game. The Eagles' key man. was Kenny Williams and in the first half almost ever time he got the ball scoring was automatic. Two massive dunks from him in the first half left both Aces' and Ea gles' fans in awe. The Aces were down by 10 at the half by a score of38-28. But the second half be longed to the Aces. On the team's first two possessions of the second half, Rankins end Felton hit three points. That Support the was just the beginning of the comeback of the Aces. With less than five min utes elapsed in the second half, Bdenton had tied the score and later went on to de feat the Eagles, 54-51. Kenny Williams was not a major faftetc for the Eagles in the seoond.half. This game was called a fluke-tby many, but the Aces kaeam better. -M~ Call the classifieds....
