I urge all tribal members to look at the recent actions of both Tribal
Chairman. Jimmy Cioins and memberso!'.the I tibal C ouncil, and determine

tliev have conducted tribal business in private, session, not allowed
tribal members to participate in meetings and asked the Tribal 1 lections
