HOW TO MAKE VALENTINE DECORATIONS
A sparkling candle holder... heart-shaped mobiles... festive Valen
tine ornaments —these are just a few of the easy-to-make Valepxine
decorations the whole family will have fun creating. The cost is
just pennies. Two kitchen funnels, aluminum foil, a small foil pie
plate, and artificial flowers are all you need to make an attractive
candle holder for your table. With these items plus some ribbon you
can also make the lovely heart-shaped mobile. Story gives complete
instructions to turn your Valentine get-together into a real heart-y
affair.
YOUR AMAZING SKIN
It's the body's largest organ one of the most ingenious collec
tions of "equipment" on the face of the earth—yet few people
really know how the skin works, why skin problems arise, or what
to do about them. If you're average, you have about 17 square feet
of skin weighing five pounds and cooled by more than two million
tiny sweat glands. One of the most valuable parts of the skin is its
layer of dead cells, which shields you against viruses and bacteria.
Maintaining a youthful complexion isn't as difficult as you may
think if you use a moisturizer and lubricating cream and follow
the simple skin care tips in this story. A feature that's more than
skin deep.
formal program.
The AAUP is recognized na
tionally as the authoritative
voice of the profession of col
lege teachers. The association
is vigorous in defense of acad
emic standards and in the pro
motion of faculty welfare.
The new chapter has 30 mem
bers.
