C Negro dentists are no t coming to practice in North Carolina because of the ra cial composition of its state examining board and be cause of the high rate of failure of out-of-state den tists on board tests. Members of he Old North Btate Dental Society reached his conclusion recently at their annual meeting at the Hotel Robert E Lee. More than half the state's 90 Ne gro dentists attended the convention. CAROLINA TIMES MOTHM AND SON TEAM Several weeks ago Mrs. Bernice Mark ham and her son, Curtis, took over the task of building a Carolina Times route in the city with a start of only 25 customers. In less than eight weeks the Mother and Son Team has built the route to 125 weekly customers. They in formed the circulation manager of the Times last week that they intend to double their present sales in a few weeks. Lyceum Events Slated At NCC DURHAM, N. C.
