The Richardson Tobacco Company sold out to the American Tobacco Com pany some time ago and later entered suit against the American Tobacco Company, alleging that it did not car-, ry out its part of the' contract. The American Tobacco Company " -thereupon entered a counter-suit In the courts of New Jersey enjoining the Richardson Company from disposing of the stock that it had agreed to sell to the American Tobacco Com pany.
