The cotton - market hud a sharp break during to f.av session with the close barely taji t net decline of 15 to 25 points. Sale ware estimated at BOO,. 600 bales. The market opened steady but irregular at a decline ol a points to an advance of points, tne suns being due to better cables than ex pected, while losses were tha result of heavy realizing under which active months soon- showed anet loss of 8 to 11 points.
