Thi management of the Western Nf r 'i Carolina Fair association has started the campaign of advertising for the fair this rail'. Bills are being distriliuted by the Southern railway at the various stations and within one week it Is exM't'teil that the whole section for 70 to 100 miles around Asheville will bo thoroughly covered with bills.
