There was a general discussion of their merits. These plans In sub stance were for the committee to ad vertise lr about 10 of the larger cities of the north for winter tourist busi ness, the amount of the proposed ad-l, vcrtising to cost about $1000. It was also suggested that the campaign be gin about December 15 and that the advertisements should be shorter than heretofore and appear oftener. The campaign last year began about i Christmas and continued through the greater prt of the winter months. The advertisements then were much rhorter than the year previous and It was mticeJ that they were more pro ductive f business, the impression being thnt this was true because they tib! appear before the public oftener. I!i:skles members of the committee, there were present at the meeting tins morning several of the hotel men of the city. These men contribute largely to the advertising fund and take n great deal of interest In the campaigns that arc waged for winter business in the tourist line in Ashe villy. One of these stated this inorn Irii that his business lust year was nuler than ever before during the wii.Ur season and all expressed the opinion that the winter business is increasing by leaps and bounds. They iitnlbiitc this increase, '-irgely to the ill .ci'tining campaigns and they hope that still greater results may be ac complished this year with a brouder campaign. your druggist will keep you and the entire family feeling good for months.
