C: You will take notice that pur suant to an order of the Mayor and the Board of Commissioners of the Town of Franklinton thej regular election of the Mayor and (5) Commissioners will be held on Tuesday May 2nd., 1939, at Mayors Office, the polls will be open ati 7 o'clock A.
