so conceals himself that the ordinary pro
cess of law cannot be served upon him :

ward of THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS
for the arrest and delivery of the said Frank
Malpass to the Sheriff ot New Hanover
County, in the City of Wilmington, and I

criminal to justice.
