evening paper which has just gone into
publication at Charleston, under tbe
proprietorship of Mr. John MeElree
and under the editorial management of
Mr. A. B. Williams, one of- the best

24-column paper, well printed, bright
and newsy, and starts out with a liberal
amount of advertising patronage. It is
represented in this city by Mr. Mercer
