Ellen Case, a young Woman employ

Judge Mitchell has for. some years

We are gratified to reflect that.we

influenced alone by his sense of what
was right and just to the people who
placed him on the bench. -We know
that some of the lawyers of his circuit
have criticized Judge Mitchell's decis

times but not even his most virulent
