Asheboro Courier. From the Rockingham Socket we learn that Col. O. H. Dockery, in a speech at Rockingham the other day, said "there is nothing in the Mulligan letters an honest man cannot endorse." Mark well what the Colonel says, ye honest people of our land and be certain to do one thing on the day of election ; and that is vote for a man who will defeat Oliver H. Dockery for Congress.
