I Scotland Neck Commonwealth:
Some days ago it colored man
named Will Turner died about
two miles from Scotland Neck,
and investigation showed that he
was a genuine miser. He lived
alone and owned the little home
he lived in. He was found stiff
and cold in death sitting up by
