Malcolm Curry, young son of
Rev. and Mrs. George G. Reeves,
is seriously ill of pneumonia at
their home in Asheville. It will be
recalled that Rev. Mr. Reeves
was formerly pastor of the First
Baptist church of this city, and
that Malcolm was born in the
Wilkes Hospital here.

Miss Mary Lane, have returned
from a weeks visit with Mrs.
Lane’s daughter, Mrs. T. A. Mob
ley. at Alexandria, Va. They also
visited Mrs. Lane’s brother, Mr.
