Earl German on Monday, March 29th, at 2:00 p. m. with ^meanbera and 1 visitor pre B|. We -were proud to have this BRp of ladles for a very inter acting meeting, even though the sleet, rain, nad ice were heavy. The president opened the meet ing hy welcoming the members and visitor. The club sang "America" and repeated the club collect m unslon. Minutes of the former meeting were read and approved. The roll *u called and members answered the roll by telling something they they had done to Improve and beau tify their home and lawn, also reporting on gardening. During the business session the club elected Mrs. O. B. Smith for vice president and reporter. A dona tion of 18.70 was given to the Red Cross. We also had an egg show, Mrs. 3. E. German awarded the prise for having a very nice display fo 1 doz. eggs. The De monstration, "Yon—your appear ance*', was in charge of our clothing leader, Mrs. Atwelt Ger man who gave a very helpful and entertaining demonstration which every mem be" enjoyed very much. Mrs. German also gave as some Ideas on baying cosmetics. The next Tegalar meeting of our club will be at the home of Mrs. Ralph Swanson, April it. The president, Mrs. John Andrews, asked that each member make a new apron and bring to the meet ing* A prise will be given for the prettiest apron, also one for the most practical one.
