ten thousand shares, of fifty dollars each.
The immediate government and direction

vested in seven Directors, who shall b e
lecled by the stockholders of said corpora
tion, in manner hereafter provided, who
shall bold their offices for one year, and un
til others shall be duly elected and qualified
to take their places as director;; and the

form a quorum for the transaction of busi

and other agents to attend to the regulations

completed; and they shall, from year lo
year, m ike report to the Legislature under
oath of their acts and doings, of their re

That in case ol disagreement by the parties,
either may apply to the next fuccvudiiig
County or Superior Court of the County in
which such lands lies, for a jury of twelve

them shall be considered just and equitable,

points within the direction ol Salisbury.
