pensible, and we most assuredly shall find one

worth Ibe experiment, Mr. VViley'a .alary will
not cost Rowan county more than $18 a year,

no man nor system can profit them, but if they
are willing tolry by fair experiment, they will
see thai Wiley at ihe head of Common Schools,
will be glorious for North Carolina.
