Drama Fortnightly next Wednesday at the Parish House. The cast is as

Horseshoe Pitchers Joining
Local horseshoe pitchers are anticipating a great deal of
pleasure after work hours this summer and there will prob
ably be contests with other towns nearby. Stakes have already been
driven and members or tourists can get shoes at the Bulletin office.

Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Ludlum have bought about 20 acres of
land in Pacolet Valley on the highway adjoining George Cathey’s
place. They expea to build a home. Deal made through C. R. Blanton.
At Rotary Yesterday
Mr. Singleton Green delivered an interesting talk on The Develop
ment of the Cotton Industry in the Carolinas.
Kiwanis Meets At Landrum
Next meeting Tuesday at Baptist church of Landrum. Dinner furnish
ed by the women of the church. C. M. Howes in charge of program.
