Mr. Bud Rollins Dead Mr. J. G. “Bud” Rollins died this morning at his home at Melrose. Funeral services will be held Tues day at 2 o’clock at Friendship church. His wife and several children survive. Parish Meeting Tonight The annual Parish Meeting of Holy Cross Parish will be held in the parish hall tonight at 8 o’clock. All attending the services or interested in the work of the Parish are urged to be present. New Vestry will be elected, wardens appointed and reports tor the year given. Important business to be considered. Kiwanis I'uesdag At Mimosa Inn. 1 p.m. W.H, Stearns, chief speaker. Fire Call Sunday The Tryon Fire department was called to the home of Mrs. Alice K. Missildine Sunday about 10;30.
