A Service that Protects Your Health Legislature In Session N ;ws items from Raleigh state that the legislature so far has not taken any action in determining whether it will recognize Mr. Cloud as a Democrat or Republican. Press reports state: “Representative E. B. Cloud of Polk rose to a point of personal privilege in the house to make a plea for recognition as a Democrat. Cloud served in former legislative sessions as a Democrat. Last June he was defeated in the Demo cratic primaries and in November" was elected to the house by a combined vote of Democrats and Republicans. He sat at the house Democratic caucus last night but was not recognized on the party roll. The house took no action on the matter.” Mrs. Howard Bissell of Buffalo, N. Y., who has many friends in Tryon, has renewed her subscrip tion to The Tryon Daily Bulletin.
