Mr. and Mrs. M. T. McCoWn and baby of Washington, D. C., are visiting Mr. and Mrs. R. M. Mc- Ccwn for a few days. Mrs. D. M. McGeachy left Thursday morning to attend the Presbyterian officers’ training con ference at Kings Mountain. Mr. and Mrs. T. G. Miller and John Miller returned from Bristol, Tenn., Wednesday after attending the graduation exercises of their son, Glen Miller, at Kings college. Mr. and Mrs. O. A. Henderson of Hinton, West Virginia, who are visiting Mr. Henderson’s parents, Mir. and Mrs. J. E. Henderson, in Green’s Creek, spent Wednesday with IVfr. and Mrs. Isham Hender son. Mrs. W. S.
