Engagement of Miss Rion Is Announced Mirs. J. H. Rion announces the engagement of her daughter, Sara, to Mr. Charles MacDonald of Chicago, 111. The wedding will take place in June. Misses Ruby Alice Clarke and Ruth MlcFarland left today to visit Miss Mary Palmer and Miss Peggy Lincoln at U. N. C. Wo man’s College at Greensboro. They will go from there to Chapel Hill to Visit Miss Bell Jackson at the University, returning dur ing the weekend. R. J. Jerman has returned to K Charlotte after a visit with his 7 brother, W. H. Jerman. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Lammers of Stillwater, Mann., are guests of Mrs. F. W. Sprague.
