Winchester, service di rector for this region of the North Carolina State Veterans Commis sion, will be in Tryon on Tues day, December 4 in order to give aid and information to former members of the amed forces. From 10 to 12 of this date he will be in the rooms once used by the Ra tion Board, which Mrs. Wash burn has given over temporarily as a meeting place for the ex service men of the county. Mr. Winchester plans regular calls on set dates in order to make the - services of the State Commission readily available.
