Major and Mrs. D. C. Todd, are attending the national association of fair managers being held in Chicago this week. Mr. and Mrs. Julius Gilbert White, operating the Health and Character Education Institute, a mail order business handling pub lications and visual materials, have transferred their home and office from Asheville to the Viner place, Louisiana Avenue, Saluda, at Hillside Street, which they re cently purchased from Mr. and Mrs. C W. Mason.
