A. will meet Thursday, Feb. 19th, at 3:30 at Tryon school auditorium. At that time Mrs. Paul Culberson’s home economic classes consisting of 59 girls, first and* second year classes, will present a fashion revue of dresses they have made.. The first year girls will wear cotton dresses and the second year girls woolen dresses. DR. JERVEY AT ROTARY Dr. Allen J. Jervey will be in charge of the Tryon Rotary Club program Friday at 1 p. m., at Oak Hall hotel. Methodist Study Course For four consecutive Sunday evenings, beginning February 15, the Woman's Society of Christian Service and the Senior Youth Fel lowship of Tryon Methodist Church will sponsor a study course, titled “United Nations and World Peace”. Mrs. Jessie D. Ames, conference secretary of Christian Relations and Local Church Activities, is to be the instructor. Public invited. The time, Sunday evening at 7:30 o'clock.—Contributed. HOSPITAL NEWS Mr. and Mrs. Carl Range are parents of a son, Edward Haley, born Monday night at St. Luke’s hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Troy Champion of Mill Spring are parents of a daughter bofn Tuesday. New patients include Mrs. Nancy Moore, Mrs. Clyde Phillips, Mrs. Sara Bridgeman.
