The Tryon High Tigers will
meet the Christ School football
eleven Friday at 3:30 p. m., at
Harmon Field. Christ School is
reported to have one of the strong
est teams in this area.

On Wednesday, Oct. 24, Mrs.
Pauline Scruggs’ fifth grade gave
in the school auditorium ‘A Topsy
Turvey Hallowe’en,” a play writ
ten by the pupils. All costumes
were made by the children and
every class member had a part in
the play.
The characters were:

Fowler, Toney McGuinn, Natika
Waterman, Calvin Cochrane, Dean
Johnson and Dorothy Ballew.
