Dalton as Business Management Specialist for accountin g -loan pa ckagi n g and outreach operations. Dr. Simpson is currently chairman of the business departmenL_at__Winston-Salem State University. She holds the Bachelor of Science Degree from - Hampton Institute and the Master of Arts along with Doctor of Education Degree in Business from Columbia University. The Woodford Virginia native has served in various teaching and administrative positions at Prairie View A&M College?in Texas,? Hunter College and Columbia University in New York and also at Virginia State College. Dr. Simpson also has stock market/brokerage and general business experience with the Bache Company, Mobil Chemical, Union Carbide, and the United Merchants & Manufacturers Company all located in New York. In addition to her other duties,-Dr. Simpson serves on the Advisory Board of Northwestern Bank at Winston-Salem State University and also on the Regional Advisory Board of the U.S. Small Business Administration. Mrs. Harvey presided at one of the Business Sessions. . Mrs. Sylvia J. Caldwell . attended The Eastern Regional Conference in Washington, D.C. Mrs. Caldwell served as Chairperson of Necrology. The theme for both State and Regional gatherings was: "Greater Commitment, Greater Involvement Providing New Approaches to Community Outreach Services." Zeta Phi Beta, a service sorority founded in 1920 continues this outreach program on both national and local levels.
