Utilities and Keep Winston-Salem Beautiful are co-sponsoring EnvironFair 1991, November 16 The City/County Utilities Divi sion and Keep Winston-Salem Beautiful are co-sponsoring Enviro Fair 1991. EnviroFair joins two popular events: household haz ardous waste disposal day and recy cling day. The event will be held Saturday, November 16, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. at the Dixie Classic Fair grounds.
