Attention is called to the provisions for equal opportu nity. Payment of not less than the minimum salaries and wages as determined by the Department of Housing and Urban Development is required. A Performance Bond will be required for the one hun dred percent (100%) of the contract price A Bid Bond of 5% minimum shall be required and/or a certified check for 5% of the total bid amount will be accepted.
