Pope who were married at the Protestant Chapel at MeChord Field in Washington State on October sth. The bride is the former Miss Earlene Conley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Earl C. Conley of Rt. 3, Puyallup, Washington. Mr. Pope is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James L. Pope of Dunn. He attended the Dunn schools, and sailed on November 3 for overseas duty. Mrs. Pope is remaining with her Jparentl in Washington. Mrs. Chestnut Presides At Eastern Star Dunn Chapter No. 59. OES held a regular meeting on Monday night, Nov. 24 in the Masonic Temple, with thirty one membrs present. %rs. Rodney Chustnut, Worthy Matron, presided. Other officers present were: Mr. H. Paul Strick land, Mr. Paul Drew, Mrs. J. C. Andrews, Mrs. Billy Hodges, Mrs. R. A. Duncan, Mrs. Bert Alabaster, Mrs. Frank Wilson, Mrs. J. W.
