The owner was furious. “You loused me“°up!” he scream ed at Sande. IHTNN, N. a More Arrests In Vice Probe NEW YORK ‘lP—Another run away teen-age girl and three men were arrested today in an inves tigation of teen.age prostitution and their patrolmen patrons tha: has rocked tne police department. ' The latest teen-aged arrested wa said to have been a "protege” oi George (Tne Oxt Ochs, 27, alias Gorge Bellingham, charged with 1 leading at least two otner young girls into prostitution. Ochs e»- ' taped from a busy police station ; yesterday while high police brass J waited to question him. Also arrested was Howard Coop 1 er, 22, who was accused of having relations with the 15-year-oid giri, whose name was not disclosed. She was neld a.- a juvenile delinquent Nick Mirro, 39, and Donald Glee son 19, were charged with the statutory rape of one of two 17- year.old girls picked up previous ly. The girls, identified as Charlotte Woodhouse and Nancy Brigham ran away from St Anns Institute in Albany, a home for wayward girls, and allegedly met Ochs, who told them how to make "easy money.” Patrolman Donald Shaughnessy and taxi driver Angelo Longp were charged with statutory rape of th. girls. Another pair of runaway girls, both 15-year-old, told au thorities they lived in doorways and under the Coney Island board walk for four months while having relations with policemen and civil ians.
