Man Receives .... Two Road Terms Roy Thomas Snead of Benson w&£ committed to the roads for a total erf 60 days after being *trted Friday before Judge C P Trader In Benson District Recorder’s Court. Snead was found guilty of two public drunkenness chargeg^jg in each case drew a 30-day sen tence, suspended on payment of costs. He was unable to comply wfth *Bie “judgement and was sent 'o the roads. Thirteen defendants were hand ed suspended terms. Robert Lee of Four Oaks was convicted of reckless driving and driving without an operator’s li cense- He received a six-month road term, suspended on paymeiK of a $50 tine and costs. Jesse aoe Burnell of Garner & <r* 9 founrt guilty of driving with out an operator’s license *nd pos session of Illegal liquor. A 60-day road sent»nce was suspended on payment of a $35 fine and costs. Pearl Woodall of Pour Oaks was judged guilty of larceny. Tl^. de fendant was handed a 60-day Sen tence, suspended on payment of costs, including $15 70 to the pros ecuting witness. Talmadge Winston Walton of Varina, convicted of improper parking, drew a 30-day road term, suspended on payment of costs.
