God in construction of a new
New Hampton United Pres -
bylerian Church. October 29.
1974 was the date that the 104
year old New Hampton United
Presbyterian burned com
pletely. The ehurch has been

activitidb but they still find
themselves short financially.

humanistic approach to drug
education by placing empha
sis on an individuals' values
and attitudes on the drug
question," said Ronald
Swann, the campus coordina
tor of the team.
. . Leslie Kgleston. an off
campus student, said that
"the center explains the
techniques for having a suc
cessful and effective drug
program that enables the
college student and commun
ity to be able to face reality."
. ."Wle saw the development of
an institution whose goals are
to show a sort of light In the
problem of drugs being used
excessively. The Center hopes
to bring about skills to face the

are to educate for Intelligent
drug use; to develop a pro
gram to prevent substance
abuse; to better student
faculty (administration) and
student-student relationships;
to establish a task force for
student faculty involvement
and to establish a task force to
investigate and develop pro
grams more uniquely tuned to
