Shirley L. Fulton . Shirley Fulton t Named To District Court Judgeship Raleigh • Governor Martin has • named Shirley L. Pulton of Char lotte to fill a vacancy on the 26th District Court beach. She will re place Judge W. Teny Sherrill who was elected to a Superior Court Judgeship. t Pulton, 34, has practiced law in Mecklenburg Comity for four yean. She it currently an Assistant Dis trict attorney. Pulton received her undergraduate degree at North Caro lina AAT State University in Greensboro and bar law degree from the Duke University School of Law. She was admitted to the Bar in 1981.. "Ms..
