STATION Whitevill* | Few More May Get Locken Fowler Says New Locker: Being Sought By Coh Storage Company De pendent On Application Barcey Fowler of the Columbu Cold Storage Co., announces i an advertisement in today's pape that the new lot of cold storag lockers the company plans to in stall this Fall are going fast an that only a few more are left t be sold before the required num bered needed to secure the neces sary priorities will have bee: reached. Mr. Fowler explained that i is necessary for people wanting locker to come to the company' plant near the court house, an sign the regular form, and pa; the rent in advance in order fo the locker to be counted in th number needed to get the govern ment authority to buy and insta] them. The money paid into th company for locker rent will no be used by the company unti the locker key is turned over b the person renting it. Howevei the money for the rent has t be paid at the time the applica tion is made. The money i placed in the Waccamaw Ban! and Trust Co. until the locke keys are delivered to the peopl reserving the lockers. The majority of the locker have been rented Mr. Fowle said, and there seems to be littl doubt but that the few remaining lockers will soon be rented.
