the amount, 121,796.40. Houth Caro
lina drew 24, for 119.633.35; Tennes
see. 47 for 138,157.45, and Virginia

Under the new amendment to the
war risk Insurance act, which has
been passed by congress and which
became a law on December 24, 1919,
when It was signed by the President,
