Af ter five days of intensive training, in cooperation with the University of Kansas Medical Center, Patty and II other Senior Girl Scouts will serve as aides to 46 physical ly handicapped girls for a 12-day camping experience. The handicapped girls will have a rare out-of-doors ad venture, while the Senior Girl Scouts get first hand ex perience in nursing, physical and occupational therapy for possible future careers. Extensive pre • camp as signments are being complet ed by each selectee. When she returns home, Patty will be prepared to share her ex perience with sister Scouts and community Mends.
