And it must get the money with which to pay them from us in either loans or taxes. There's only one choice to oversubscribe the Victory Liberty Loan now, or to pay even higher taxes later on. And anybody would rather subscribe to a Victory Loan than pay a tax. But granting that you would rather pay taxes, the matter doesn't end there.
