THE CHARLOTTE EVENING, CHRONICLE,' FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 1912. C V Theflusician's Hope of Ycara ., Has been accomplished In the building of . ' ; pended and what each dollar- was spent f or. In fact, the report ; is a most exhaustive, one and covers ; the entire work of the sewerage commis sion. Council also decided - to . put - down sheet - asphalt paving on - East I Main street to Stonewall, provided as many as 90 per cent of the property owners signed the agreement to pay a. third of the cost. Those who do not sign the contract' will be "left in the cold," for in front of their property no pav ing will be' placed. " As this would naturally give the abutting property a "black eye". It Is not believed that a single' , property owner on the street will stand for this. "7 1 '. "OORItFCT DRESS FOR IfEN."
