Therefore we respect fully suggest and insist that the* i county commissioners of Stokes I county refrain from issuing license for the operation of such devices' in Stokes county, and that ail such devices be removed from the county upon the expiration of the licenses now in force, and bills of ; indictment be drawn by the solic itor for all parties who have in their possession any of the above named devices, after the expira tion of the present licenses.
