You had to bribe them, hold their noses, in fact go through a regularcircus to get them to take it. That was years ago. before the two eminent French chemists; Morgues ami (Jautier. discovered how to separate the medicinal elements of the cod's liver from useless, nauseating oil. and produced Vinol. Yinol is not a patent medicine but a real cod liver preparation containing in a highly coneenstrated form all of the body-building, strength creating ele ments of cod liver oil actually taken from fresh cods livers, with all "the use less oil eliminated and tonic iron added. It tastes fine and children love it, Where ever old-fashioned cod liver oil or emul sions will do good. Yinol will do far more good. Ourlocaldruggist, W. W.Parker, says: "It is because we know so well of what inol is made that we ask every mother who has a weak, delicate or aifing child, and in fact every run-down, debilitated, aged or weak person in Henderson, and every ierson suffering from stubborn eolds, hanging-on coughs or bronchitis to try Yinol on our offer to return their money if it fails." "The Man On the Box ." j A Fresh, Vita! and Charming Play j Full of Pure,Sparkling Comedy j The Minneapolis (Minn.) Tribune j says this of "The -Man on the IJox, Max Fig-man. 's splendid play which will be presented at the Grand Thea tre next Thursday evening: That there is really some new kind of J fun ia the world was delightfully and convincingly demonstrated at the Metro politan last evening by Max Figman and a uniformly excellent company in iracc Livingston Furniss' dramatiza tion of Harold MaetJrath's popular story, "The Mau on the Box." In many respects 'The .Man on the i'.ox" deserves to be called the most entertaining piay that has been seen at the Metropolitan this season. It is a fresh, vital and charming day, and should be seen by everyone who appreciates pure, spark ling comedy, but upon rational, if some what fantastic lines and admirably nlaved in everv particular. The play is essentially comedy of the highest and berit type, tinged, vitalized and intensi fied bv soundness, sweetness, chivalry and good breeding that give it compell ing and winning individual charm. Maxl-igman won and held his audience by his refined comedy spicy, sharp, in dividual and consistently funny, yet never failing to convey the impression of the earnestness under the pleasantry. His impersonation of Lieutenant obur- ton is masterly in its way and marks Mr. Figman as a comedian of great and high power. A Poor Organ I)ani(s) the Idle.
