I tried hard today to sit up and stand up straight, to keep n'-at, cheerful and c(ean minded, and to be helpful to others. 11. 1 took a bath on each of the days of the week that are checked. Some teachers will carry those chores through their school, hoping to establish rules in health in their school as a whole. In schools where we have pupils doing health chore we do not have hard cold and other contagious diseases. Our aim is to have M. H. C. chores done in all the schools in Union coun ty and in so domg we hope to have good health using M. H.
