Post and tel egraph entries are both accepted. A QUADRUPLE TIE Four Candidates for the Prize in the Silver Foils' Annual Kickers' Handicap. The Silver Foils' annual Kickers' Handicap, limited, we suppose, to those who are conscientious objectors on annual occasions only, was held on Tuesday and resulted in a quadruple tie among Mrs. G. M. Howard, Mrs. H. C. Beall, Mrs. H. C. Philbrick and Mrs. J. D. Hathaway, each of whom finished within one stroke of the bogey of 95, kept secret until after all scores were in. Mrs. A. J. A member whose dues are unpaid on the first day of April shall be notified by the Secretary. Such notice shall contain a copy of this article of the Constitution. If such a member fails to pay his dues within thirty days after the mailing of the notice his member ship shall cease. XII. The Board of Govenors, by a two thirds vote of those present at a meet ing called for that purpose, may suspend or expel any member of the Club for conduct which, in the opinion of the Board, is prejudical to the interests of the Club. But no member shall be suspended or expelled until he shall have had the opportunity to appear in his own behalf. XIII. This Constitution may be amended by a two-thirds vote of the members present at any annual or special meet ing, called for that purpose, provided a five day notice, including a copy of the proposed amendment, has been given in writing and by posting on the bulletin board.
