" here was a Christian singing in the e the last hrth Sunday, the largest Wer witnessed, and not only a large ience and good singing, but more to than usual on such au occasion. It ieems that the Cove people are return ing to their first love in singing those good old songs which has so much power and will tyrannize over the soul and cause it to bow down and worship, believing the Almighty hath made man to sing songs of praise to Him throughout all eternity. And how sweet does it make the worship of God to have the reverent emotions poured out in song ! If this finds its way out I will try it again. J V r A -6 At MANY IMPROVEMENTS. I was laid tip in bed for six months, and the doctors I had did me no good. They changed med icines every week and nothing they pre scribed seemed to help me. Finally I be gan the use of S. S. S. My knee and elbow joints were swollen terribly, and at one time my joints were so swollen and pain ful that I could not close them whan opened. I was so bad that I could not move knee or foot. I was-getting discour aged, you may be sure, when I began S. S. S., but as I saw it was helping me I contin ued it, and to-day I am a sound well man and have never had a return of the disease. S. S. S. purified my blood and cured me of this severe case of Rheumatism after everything else had failed. I have rec commended it to others with good re sults. R. H. Chapman. 1355 Mt.
