Secu rity Life and Annuity Co., and the Jefferson Standard i - - gives to North Carolina the largest insurance xcom- pany-not writing industrial irisurace- in the'South. This consolidation had the approval of the stockholders and directors of the Jefferson Standard and the Greens boro Life and the trustees of the Security Life and An nuity Co. and the Insurance Commissioners of North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia, and was effective on the 29th day of September. . -;v , ' DISABILITY CLAUSE, ' 1. Our. policiesuprovide, if the death of the insured shall result from accident, we pay the face'of 'the policy and one half the amount paid in at the time of death. 2. Or, if the insured becomes disabled from "work either by accident or any disease, we willrpaythe premiums if any fall due thereafter, so long as the insured is disabled from work.
