Garbage and Refuse. All homes, business houses, and public buildings shall provide met al containers or containers con structed of other materials, which are impervious to water and other liquids, with tight fitting covers of a capacity not greater than 35 gal lons and place garbage and refuse in same. Containers larger than 35 gallons capacity and in use on date of adoption of this ordinance shall be replaced no later than July 1, 1984. SECTION 2. Ashes. Colei ashes may be mixed with garbage in same container. Hot ashes shall be placed in separate containers subject to the same slsC and freight limitations. SECTION 3. Leaves. * Leaves shall be placed in piles immediately back of the street curb or drainage ditch. SECTION 4. Building Rubbish. No building materials or refuse from building, remodeling, and re pair operations or landscape Vrork will fre handled by City Forces. AU waste material of this nature shall be removed by the contractor, or in event of his failure by the own er otxthe property, i SECTION... 5.. .Yard Trimmings. Limbs, brush, logs, stumps, tree trimmings and related materials shall be placed immediately back of the street curb or draining ditch and shall be in such shape and size that they can be handled by one man, but no trees, limbs, tree trimmings, and related materials shall be removed by the City Forces from any lot on which a residence has not been built and any of the above-mentioned ma terials shall not be removed when same has been cut from a lot prior to a residence being built thereon.
